Objectifs
Our environment is changing, turbulent and uncertain. Organizations must face rapid changes that can be sources of threats, but also great opportunities. This course aims to enable students to understand and integrate the many challenges related to the ecological crisis, its social consequences and the imperative commitment to ecological transition processes. Added to this, for companies, are the reputational risks due to the omnipresence of social networks and the obligation to protect their data and the integrity of their IT devices.
In this context, students will discover how an organization can develop a strategy that allows it to respond to changes, protect itself from threats and risks and exploit the opportunities associated with a constantly changing business environment…
Finally, participants will discover the need for anticipation and offer organizations an approach, methods and tools allowing them to professionalize their monitoring and therefore improve their competitiveness.
